Smörgåsmörgåsmörgåsmörgås (…)

Sometimes food is not like sex. In fact, the former in Sweden is very expensive, and hard to come by after 6 PM. Very much unlike the latter. Both can be good.

In the picture, smörgås with salmon, curried chicken and shrimps.

The bread is moist and heavy with seeds, and egg yolk crumbles are held in place by butter.

Doesn’t take a dirty mind to come up with funny almost-anagrams for smörgås.
